For example, a student of the mechanical branch is working in the IT company because no core companies of the mechanical engineering come for the placements.

Decent College with good infrastructure.
Placements: I'm currently in first year, so I don't have much idea about these. But as per my seniors, placements and internships are good. Here, they will start training for placements and all from the 5th semester, so you will get an idea about these very early. I think the average package is 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. Here, you will get more oxygen compared to other colleges. The internet connection is very poor. There is a good library, and I don't suggest you join the boys' hostel because there are common washrooms for each floor. There are a lot of PGs available, so you can join PGs.
Faculty: Faculty members are good and calm, but some are very annoying. If we talk about exams, the paper difficulty level is average, and I don't think you will feel any difficulties with these. Yes, it makes students ready for the industry. Every teacher has a Ph.D. and they are knowledgeable.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to take the AIML branch, and it's going well here. Mmm, till now I don't think anything needs to be improved. The campus is good, and you will make a lot of friends here who are from different regions of India.

A good university for those who want a decent overall experience.
Placements: Placements in our college are quite average. The highest salary package offered in my course is 47 LPA by Adobe. Around 70% of students are placed, with the average salary package ranging from 5-7 LPA. There's little to no information on the lowest salary package, but I'd wager it is about 3 LPA. College does not provide internships, but being located in Bangalore should help quite a bit in terms of internship availability.
Infrastructure: College is very beautiful in terms of landscaping and also contains an artificial lake within the campus. Architecture is outdated. Classrooms, labs, and other facilities are just average. Library is good, spacious with a vast collection of books. An infirmary is available on campus to deal with any physical injuries.
Faculty: Teachers here are good and experienced. Unlike other universities nearby, there are no such crazy rules and regulations but there are reasonable rules. Curriculum followed by JSS is set by VTU, so it is quite rigorous but not very updated/relevant. Semester exams are moderately difficult and are set by VTU. Internals are pretty easy.
Other: I chose ECE because of my passion for the field. It offers a wide variety of job opportunities after graduation. Fests and sports events are organized regularly by the college.

JSSATE-B offers average infrastructure and hostel with faculty support is inconsistent.
Placements: About 70 % of students, especially from branches like CSE, ISE and ECE. And company with highest come around this is 15 LPA (lakh per annum). And those student who get maximum package is applied off-campus. The lowest package offer around is 3.5 LPA. Average package goes around 5-6 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is average not excellent as described by the college because they only have limited entry at several places, like cricket ground and other sports are like tennis courts. Yes, they have 21 acres of campus for several branches.
Faculty: Faculty are average according to qualification and understanding of subject and technology; they provide only book-related knowledge. Exams are conducted on a regular basis without completing the respective subject . Only focus on submitting written assignments and internal marks, on which you have to rely on faculty behavior towards you.

Life at JSSATEB ( campus, infra, Faculty and placement etc.).
Placements: The highest package in 2022 was 45 LPA, and in 2021, it was 43 LPA. Many good companies like TCS, Deloitte, Mercedes Benz, and PayPal visit our college for recruitment. As of now, according to NIRF data, the average package is 6 LPA, and a slight recession in placement has occurred over the past two years.
Infrastructure: We have a 21-acre lush green campus with grounds and courts to play many sports. There are many benches around campus to sit, eat, and relax. All students are lively. There is a big library filled with a variety of books for academic purposes. All classrooms are enabled with projectors. Many clubs are present in the college. The dance club, XSATT, is one of the best in Bengaluru. They have always been winners or runners-up in every competition. In fact, I just attended an audition today, and I was mind-blown by their performance. I am not well aware of how other clubs are. The college has well-constructed labs equipped with good monitors. All clubs have their social media pages for updates.
Faculty: Lab classes are held every week. All faculty teach very well, except for one Python teacher who moves between slides quickly, which makes it hard to take running notes. But otherwise, all faculty are very supportive. Most teachers have good experience and clear your doubts. Most teachers allow you to arrive late in the morning if you have a valid reason, except for an electronics communication professor.
Other: Good things: I love my campus; it is beautiful, spacious, and green. The number of fests is decent, but they are really worth attending. The campus is very well-maintained and hygienic, with good, clean washrooms. Bad things: The minimum attendance percentage is high (85%) and 75% if you have taken leave for any medical or health issues. The canteen is small, and the food is average.

Absolutely one of the best college in Bangalore.
Placements: Our college is improving in placements. Almost all students from our batch were placed in good companies with good packages. We should definitely thank our college for providing such a wide range of opportunities for its students.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure and a clean, well-maintained environment that provides a good vibe for education. The hostel and study facilities are very necessary for a student to complete their engineering education on campus.
Faculty: The faculty members are very experienced and knowledgeable. They provide us with good knowledge and help us improve day by day. They also provide good ideas for our careers, which are very important for us to pursue our future.

Awesome Campus and College, just has some flaws.
Placements: All eligible students get placed, but this year, due to recession, hardly any student got placed. Last year, the highest was 18 LPA in Phonepe, and the average is 7 LPA. Placements are pretty average. The highest ever for our college was 42 LPA, and it was 3 years ago.
Infrastructure: Campus is very green. About the hostel, the food is very bad and unhealthy; people get food poisoning here easily. It's better to go with nearby PGs. Food in the hostel is too bad and not worth the fees. Either you get very hot water or very cold water in the hostel, or sometimes no water. There is no network and no proper Wi-Fi.
Faculty: Teachers and faculty are very supportive and helpful, except for some wicked staff here; the majority of the staff are good. Excellent support will be given to students, and innovative ideas are really supported a lot. Faculty encourage a lot to participate in events, but some faculty are strict, and they only care about your attendance.
Other: Fest are good, People and campus life is good .
