There are 23 NLUs in India that offer five-year integrated, postgraduate and PhD courses in law.

The short-term online course offered by NLUs are certificate programmes that have a duration of 3 months. The NLUs also offer Master programmes of a maximum 2 years duration.

Yes, B.A. LL.B (Hons) admissions are done one the basis of CLAT score. Thus, West Bengal National University of Juridicial Sciences, Kolkata accepts CLAT score. One needs to score all india rank of around 230 to get into WBNUJS. You still have a chance if you get a rank from 230- 250 for general students. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the minimum eligibility criteria set by the CLAT Consortium of National Law Universities.

Q:   Can I join NLSIU Bangalore LLM without entrance exam?

A:

No, NLSIU Bangalore don't offer admission to LLM programme without a valid score of CLAT. Hence, it is mandatory to qualify CLAT entrance for admission to this university. Apart from entrance exam candidates need to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria to take admission to the university.
