Ashish Sinha
Professor Sinha has held senior leadership roles in both academia and industry. His research work involves developing systems to help managers make better decisions and improve consumer welfare. Before joining ISB Executive Education, he was the Associate Dean (Research) and the de-facto co-Internal Dean at UTS Business School, Australia. He helped the school become one of the top 3 business schools in Australia. Professor Sinha has a PhD in Marketing Science from the University of Alberta.

    Q:   How can I get admission in ISB Hyderabad?

    A: 

    Candidates are required to hold GMAT/ GRE scores to apply for the PGP course. The institute also considers CAT score for PGP in Management for Young Leaders. Candidates must complete graduation in any discipline along with two-year full-time work experiences to apply for the PGP course. A TOEFL/ IELTS score is required for non-Indian students who did not have English as the primary language of instruction during their undergraduate studies. Getting into ISB is neither easy nor difficult. Candidates who will be able to score well in all the selection rounds will get admission to the PGP course. While there is no minimum cutoff score for the GMAT/GRE exam, the? range of GMAT scores that was used to shortlist students in recent years was between 600 to 780 and the range of GRE ranged from 311 to 335. 

    Q:   Who are eligible for ISB?

    A: 

    Admission to the flagship Post Graduate Programme at the Indian School of Business can be secured via one of the following modes on the basis of the academic background and experience level of the students. The eligibility criteria for all the three modes is as follows:

    • PGP: Bachelors or equivalent degree + a valid GMAT/ GRE/ CAT score + Min. 24 months of full-time work experience
    • EEO (Early Entry Option) - PGP deferred: Bachelors or equivalent degree + a valid GMAT/ GRE score + less than 24 months of full-time work experience
    • YLP (Young Leaders Programme) - PGP deferred: A current college student in the pre-final or final year + no full-time work experience

    Q:   Can I get ISB Hyderabad with 650?

    A: 

    ISB Hyderabad Admission 2023 has no cutoff criteria. But admission to most of the courses is based on the GMAT Score, so candidates must have an average GMAT score to qualify for the selection criteria. An average GMAT score for ISB Hyderabad ranges between 710 to 740, a GMAT score of 730 above will provide the candidate with the credibility to get an invite for the interview and the rest depends on your profile and performance at the ISB interview. The average expected GMAT Score is 710 for ISB 2023 batch.
