Its main goal is to develop future leaders who prioritize ethics, sustainability, and social responsibility. SOIL offers various programs, such as a one-year Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM), a PGPM focused on Human Resources, and a two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM).

SOIL provides three types of programs.
- PGPM in Business and Leadership: The one-year PGPM program’s curriculum is designed to quickly and thoroughly prepare participants for a career in a global business environment.
