Learning Experience: The training was good and you can learn many techniques about Process Improvement, Productivity Improvement, Cost Reduction etc. But so far I can't see any career growth because of this certification. So as per me, you want to do this course only for knowledge then go for it. Don't expect any any career growth (in terms of salary) because of this certification.
