Eliot Sherman, Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour

Dr Eliot Sherman is Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the London Business School. He conducts research on inequality in the workplace, primarily with respect to gender. His work examining whether female managers influence the wage gap between their male and female subordinates was published in the American Journal of Sociology.
