Professor Robert Baldwin Emeritus, Professor of Law
Robert Baldwin is an Emeritus Professor of Law at the LSE. He has written numerous books and learned articles on regulation , including the most widely used academic volume on regulation in the UK: Understanding Regulation (Oxford 1999 with Martin Cave). He has advised numerous corporations, international bodies , government departments and agencies on regulation and is a member of the National Audit Office's Panel of Regulatory Experts.
Professor Veerle Heyvaert, Professor of Law
Veerle Heyvaert is a Professor at the LSE Law Department and founding Editor-in-Chief of Transnational Environmental Law. She teaches environmental law and European law. She has an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and a PhD from the European University Institute in Florence (It). In 1998-1999, she was the inaugural Sir Peter North Fellow at the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies and Keble College, Oxford.
