The New School has one of the best and highly knowledgeable faculty.
Tips: I feel that I've become more independent since coming to school in New York. I live alone, use public transportation to get to school, and look after myself. I did get a scholarship for Parsons, based on my portfolio. I get $8000 per semester. The faculty at the New School is great and very approachable. NYC can be a bit overwhelming and lonely if you don't have people around you, though. Overall, I'm satisfied with my university and major.
