Dr. Conni Whitten is the Program Chair for the Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management BAHRM and the Master of Human Resource Management MHRM programs in the Forbes School of Business and Technology at the University of Arizona Global Campus. She earned a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership with a specialty in Human Resource Development at Nova Southeastern University. Her Master’s degree is in Public Administration from Central Michigan University and she graduated from Troy University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Dr. Katie Thiry is the Assistant Dean for Organizational Studies and Professor in the Forbes School of Business and Technology® at the University of Arizona Global Campus. Dr. Thiry is committed to transforming the higher education landscape and proactively acquires new tools and strategies to generate equitable outcomes for all students through extensive, continuous study and practice.
