Chris Sorensen PhD
Dr. Chris Sorensen serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Education and Liberal Arts within the College of Arts & Sciences. He earned his PhD from University of South Florida (USF) in the area of Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Instructional Technology. Prior to earning his PhD, Dr. Sorensen earned his BS in Biology from USF and his MA in Teaching from Florida Southern College. Dr. Sorensen began his career as a high school science teacher in 2005 and has been involved in higher education since 2011. In addition to teaching courses at the University of Arizona Global Campus, he is actively involved in course design and program development
