Gwen Morse, PhD, MSN, RN
Dr. Gwen Morse is a Professor in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Arizona Global Campus. She serves as Lead Faculty in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN to BSN) program. Dr. Morse completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from California State University, Dominguez Hills. Dr. Morse completed her PhD in Nursing at the University of Arizona. Dr. Morse’s clinical background includes more than 25 years in critical care. Her teaching background includes 35 years as an educator in a wide variety of settings ranging from vocational to doctoral education and traditional campus to online settings. Dr. Morse’s administrative experience includes serving as a director of education for a multi-hospital system, program director for MSN and BSN programs, and dean and director of assessment. Dr. Morse’s research interests focus on women’s health issues and health promotion. She has numerous publications and has presented nationally and internationally.

Debbie Beck, PhD
Dr. Beck has over 40 years of experience as a RN in progressive leadership roles. Her background includes positions as Dean, Chief Nurse Administrator, Executive Director, Administrative Supervisor, Nurse Manager, Associate Professor, and Consultant. In acute care settings, Dr. Beck provided executive oversight of all hospital departments, including fiscal and project management and staffing for multiple nursing units. She developed and implemented many quality improvements and served on advisory panels.
