Hi Chetan,
B Ed distance education has been stopped by most of the universities for general public .It is now academic degree ,not valid for teaching job .Other jobs one can apply .Those who had joined as teacher earlier with out B Ed can complete by private study or Distance .The govt had made Reg

You can look for IGNOU, because in distance learning there are very rare universities which offer B. Ed or M.Ed, so IGGNOU is the best option.

Eligibility for distance B.Ed course:
The applicants must have at least 50% marks in Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Arts, Science, and Commerce and Engineering streams in order to apply for distance B.Ed course.
Candidates who wish to take up distance B.Ed must be trained in-service teacher
