Candidates who have passed three years B.A./B.Sc./B.A. (Performing Arts) Degree Examination of any recognized university offering Public Administration/Political Science as one of the major/ optional subjects at the Degree level or any Bachelors degree or Higher degree from recognized University are eligible to apply.

OR,

Candidates who have passed Bachelor’s Degree of three years duration without studying cognate subjects from any recognized institute/university are eligible to apply.
