Aspirants fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply online on the official website of the university. Aspirants can apply for courses through UUCMS Portal by paying the application fee of INR 300 (INR 150 for SC/ ST/ CAT-I). Below are the steps to apply for Kuvempu University admission:

Step 1: Visit the official website of Kuvempu University UUCMS Portal.

Step 2: Register with the basic details to generate login credentials.

Step 3: Login to fill out the application form.

Step 4: Upload the documents and pay the application fee.

Step 5: Submit the form.

There is no such provision for direct admission to any of the programmes at Kuvempu University. The university course admissions are both merit and entrance-exam-based. For MBA and MCA, the university fills the unfilled seats through university entrance exam. KU also conducts an entrance test for admission to BPEd and MPEd courses. Once the selection is over, Kuvempu University releases a selection list to announce the names of selected candidates. 

Kuvempu University conducts entrance exam for MBA, MCA, BPEd and MPEd. Admissions for MCA and MBA courses are made through PGCET conducted by KEA, Bengaluru. However, a separate Entrance Test will be conducted by Kuvempu University to fill up unfilled seats. There shall be an entrance test for admission to M.P.Ed and B.P.Ed conducted by the University. Kuvempu University admissions are merit-based for B.Ed course. Aspirants must complete a minimum of graduation to get admission in B.Ed. Once the selection process is over, aspirants need to come for document verification. Selected candidates are required to pay the course fee to confirm their seat in the university.
