Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya.
Placements: Placement Experience: YES, PLACEMENTS ARE PROVIDED. AVG PLACEMENT IS ABOUT 500,000 AND THE HIGHEST IS 13 L. THE PLACEMENTS ARE EXPECTED TO GROW SOON. AS THE COLLEGE IS NEW, A SMALL TIME IS REQUIRED FOR BETTER PLACEMENTS, BUT THEY WILL BE VERY GOOD WITHIN 4 YEARS. MANY TOP COLLEGES, LIKE SIEMENS, FLIPKART, AND PSU ALSO OFFER JOBS HERE.
Infrastructure: Hostel Facilities: HOSTELS ARE SO GOOD ONE CAN'T FIND IN ANY COLLEGE. AC ROOMS ARE PROVIDED. 2-SEATER ROOMS ARE THERE. BATHROOM IS ATTACHED. Wi-Fi FACILITY IS PROVIDED ALL OVER CAMPUS. MEAL IS VERY GOOD; THERE ARE VARIATIONS EVERY MONTH. AFFORDABILITY IS VERY NICE. FACILITIES GIVEN TO US CAN'T BE PROVIDED UNDER WHAT WE PAY. WE DON'T EVEN PAY 40%.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are visiting (they are from IITs or NITs). All teachers are very good. Best: Physics -> Jyoti Sharma Mam, IRSE -> Bipin Shrivastav (visiting faculty). We are allowed to ask doubts any time on mail. If it's daytime, they answer within 2-3 hours. Most of the courses are associated with railways, and AID's branch is associated with transportation and logistics. It is industry-driven, which provides knowledge of the outside world. The internship is provided every year. In 1st year, it is provided by Indian Railways.
Other: Cultural fest -> Agni, Tech fest -> Epitrome, Sports fest -> Aujasya. The current infrastructure is very good, and much more is under construction. Classrooms are equipped with all the modern technologies, and one cannot find any cons in classrooms. Clubs are regularly active; there are more than 10 clubs in the college.

Finally I again tell that the College is very good.
Placements: Placement Experience: They provide placements there. It's a little new University that's why not that much big packages they able to provide but as a new University it's doing really great. I'm sure that after some time it will become like IITs and IIMs. The average package is 6-7 LPA. The highest package is 15-17 LPA. The lowest package is 3-4 LPA. Internship Opportunities: They providing internships in between the courses by itself. In big companies or in respectful organisations like Indian Railways, DFCCIL, and Mumbai Port Authority. Top roll of introduction of rail system engineering.
Infrastructure: I liked the college campus it's really very nice and beautiful. College faculty members were nice, all are from respected IITs and IIMs completed their studies. They are focused on learning and developing the skills of the students. Hostel Facilities: I think my hostel facilities are really so nice I don't think in all over India any other colleges provide that type of hostel facilities even the IITs do not provide that type of good facilities. They are providing AC rooms with fully furnished clean rooms. With free Wi-Fi and a good table chair for studying.
Faculty: Course Curriculum Overview: It's really great, they also provide some practical exposure to the learnings. They are providing internships also it's compulsory there in between the course curriculum. However, they should align their course curriculum properly so that there is no need to change it again and again. The teachers are very helpful and well knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is very nice.
Other: I liked the college campus it's really very nice and beautiful, lots of greenery we can SEE there. The college hostel facilities are very good, all AC rooms with fully furnished and the food is also nice. I liked both the facilities. College faculty members were nice, all are from respected IITs and IIMs completed their studies. They are focused on learning and developing the skills of the students. Many events are organized on our campus.

A good university possesses significant potential for further development.
Placements: Gati Shakti University placement is not that good. Only 60–70 students are placed in B.Tech. this year. The highest package is around 12 Lacs. And average would be around 5 Lacs. Most companies, like L&T, Shree Cement and RailTel, came for placements. If you talk about internships, 100 percent of students get them.
Infrastructure: The institute is under construction so first-year boys right now get a hostel outside campus. But girls get hostels inside university premises. As this is a government college, you get freedom in your college life. You can roam around the college until 11 pm .
Faculty: Some faculty are really helpful, but most are not bearable. A strict 75 percent attendance policy is a major concern. But when you talk about curriculum, its great and relevant. The difficulty of the semester exam is solely determined by the professor who prepares the paper.

This is a unique college in India.
Placements: In mechanical, civil, and electronic and communication, all students are placed, while in AIDS, placement will be done in 2027. The highest placement is 13 Lacs, while the middle is 5-6 Lacs and the lowest is of 3 Lacs. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Siemens, Airbus, Wipro, L&T, etc. Including the course helps to understand how Indian Railways works.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is well-designed. It has a highly integrated library, high-tech and digital classrooms, along with equipped Physics and Chemistry labs and a computer lab. The hostels are very good and provide a bed and an almirah with the room with the AC, and in each, two students are kept. The food quality is good and hygienic. No canteen facilities or medical facilities are available. Sports condition is not so good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and are well-qualified as they are from IITs. Teaching skills are very good. Yes, the course is relevant as the name of the college suggests: Rail University, so rail education. The college follows a relative grading system. Semesters are even and odd, while odd is to be considered a little bit harder. The pass percentage is to get 40 marks in all subjects out of 100 marks.
Other: I chose this course to get insight knowledge about how railways function and work, and the role of AI in rail. I will improve the sports facilities and sports tournaments, etc. The annual event is called "Agni," while the tech fest is called Epitome. The crowd is less in amount. Connectivity is all the ways, including air, bus, and train. The college provides three types of scholarships, including financial aid, Siemens, and Airbus, and regular debate quizzes happen in college.

National Rail and Transportation Institute, Ministry of Railways - A Hidden Gem.
Placements: In 2024, 92% students were placed from the Civil Engineering branch and 88% students were placed from the Electronics & Communication Engineering branch. Since these were the only two branches graduating in 2024, there is no data for other branches. The lowest package offered was 3.5 Lacs to 4 Lacs, and the highest package offered was more than 9-9.5 Lacs. Top PSUs like DFCCIL and RITES and also premier private companies like Aditya Birla came to our campus for placements. Maximum core company roles were offered to the students in the placement session of 2024.
Infrastructure: There are air conditioners, geysers, washing machines, and personal bathrooms for every student in our college. Every room has Wi-Fi, which provides us high-speed internet. Our classrooms and libraries are equipped with air conditioners and Wi-Fi to ensure comfort and connectivity. We have a world-class mess facility serving us four delicious meals a day with varying cuisines. There are badminton courts, basketball and volleyball courts, a football field, and a cricket field on our campus.
Faculty: We have two types of faculty members: Permanent and Temporary. All our permanent faculty members are Ph.D. holders from IITs and NITs. All our visiting faculty members are currently permanent faculty members of premier institutions like NIT Surat, IIT Madras, and IIT Delhi. The teaching quality is fantastic, ensuring we gain proper knowledge about the subject. Our course curriculum is industry-relevant, so landing a job will not be difficult for us in the future. There are two examinations for the students in a semester: Midsems (25 marks) and Endsems (50 marks), which are not so difficult to pass if you have studied thoroughly throughout the year, and thus, nearly everyone passes.
Other: I chose this course because of its unique specialization in Railway Engineering. There are three fests in our college: Agnee (Cultural Fest), Ojasaya (Sports Fest), and Epitome (Tech Fest). There is also a scholarship facility for deserving students.

It was a good experience.
Placements: Mostly private companies, software companies, and no government job placement companies like Patanjali, TCS, and some other private companies are offering jobs. All the packages are pretty low, mostly around 2.5 lacs to 1 lacs per annum, and it was not really a good placement.
Infrastructure: Not completely university-owned buildings, but the infrastructure was nice and lively, and it was with the railway offices, so it was a very good place, and it has Wi-Fi facilities, and the visiting professors are very highly knowledgeable. The timings are very low compared to any other degree colleges.
Faculty: Visiting faculty members are top NIT and IIT professors, and of course, they are very highly knowledgeable, and they teach pretty well for the time they are on campus. They will visit 3-4 times a week depending on their availability and time, and it has a trimester curriculum.
Other: It's average; mostly, it was the funding year of the university.
