Our college has the best faculty and infrastructure.
Placements: For B.Sc. course, there are no placements in any college in Odisha. Students get placed after Master's degree. This college provides average placements for all branches of masters degree programs. There are better placements in master's and PhDs.
Infrastructure: This college has a very good and hygienic infrastructure for education. The classrooms are very clean. Wi-Fi is available, but only for college staff, not students. Different types of books are available in the library. Labs are extremely good. A canteen and medical facilities are available.
Faculty: All the teachers are experienced and have very good teaching skills. All the exams like internals and semester exams are conducted very strictly. The teachers help students with all types of questions and answers, which are almost relative to exams. The quality is very good.
Other: All the students participate in different functions, festivals and extracurricular activities.

The campus has very good surroundings, and I have a good experience.
Placements: Placements at our university were very good. Companies like Samsung and Asian Paint visit our college for placements. Students can sit in multiple drives though there are very fewer campus drives for core company. College also conducts different extracurricular activities.
Infrastructure: The college has the best infrastructure in the market and hostels are available inside the campus. Classrooms are digitalised. It is a huge campus. The playground is huge for playing different sports like basketball and volleyball. Cricket tournaments are a regular part of college.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-knowledgeable, and every week they arrange doubt clearing classes. The course curriculum is best and completely related to the industry. Faculty members are very experienced, and they help students to get the best knowledge.
Other: All the departments arrange extracurricular activities every weekend.

Placements: The placement system of Utkal University is good. The college has tie-ups with the industry. All the students get good packages. The college provides 100% placements. It is a number one university in Odisha. The institute guides and counsels the 3rd year students in securing suitable final placement by bringing them in contact with the prospective employers. It organises interviews by inviting different companies to the campus for final placements of successful students.
Infrastructure: The campus is spread over 15 acres. There are 5 halls and 3 conference rooms equipped with air-conditioners. There are 25 classrooms, a dining room, 2 tube wells and 3 computer labs. The library has 20,000 books and has a seating capacity of 85 members. The internet facility is available. No computing is allowed in the library. There are 18 nodes to facilitate e-reading. Newspapers are also available.
Faculty: Faculty members and the course curriculum are good. High profiled professors are available in this college. This college follows the semester pattern. Professors teach using technical aids where students understand the lectures very easily. The exam system and process are good. Students also got good results.
Other: It is an old college, but the environment is good.

Is there any entrance exam conducted by Utkal University for B.Com (Honours) admission?

Hi Ritisnigdha! Utkal University offers a distance course in B.Com Honours and there is no entrance exam for the same. You can directly apply to the college for admissions.

First of all you make a gap certificate through notary public then you get admission in the college include B.Com 1st year through gap certificate.
