Good college with good faculty and environment.
Placements: Average percent of students were placed in my course. 5 Lacs was the highest, 2 Lacs was the lowest and 3 was average package offered. CMC A joint venture of tata and GOI. HP, SAMSUNG. Two students got Internship from Kashmir university As course coordinator.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was average. There were labs, classrooms and library but no Wi-Fi. The quality of food in the mess was also on average. Medical facilities and sports and games were also provided. Sports events were organised every year by the college .
Faculty: Teachers were helpful and qualified but lack some practical knowledge on certain topics. Teaching quality was average. But the environment and placement of college helped me to excel. No this course is not for industry ready. Exams were always tough. 45 percentage is the pass percentage.
Other: I wanted to be teacher so I choose the said course. It helps me to understand human nature and human values. Modern lab and scientific instruments could help to understand the course easily and efficiently.

IGNOU provides such courses too. Experience will be handy, if you can manage it somehow. Apart from that, you will have to study for the course too. That means you will have to give time anyway, so get some experience along too.
