Never ever dare to join this Gems B School.
Placements: The college offers no placements. Not even a single company visit the college. Never prefer this kind of college. There were placements for 2015 batch but not after that batch. It is not even the officially tied up hospital of Bangalore. HGC hospital will come for the placement, it is very bad.
Infrastructure: They show the Bangalore as the biggest palace in the advertisements and loot the money from the people as they own the palace in their infrastructure. The classrooms are in a wooden closed and cheap surrounded walls not even with a fan or getting a classroom from the Prasidhi school behind the Gems main office. It provides a very poor infrastructure for such a high payment.
Faculty: The faculty is the better part of this Gems B School other than faculty nothing else is provided as per the requirements of the course and curriculum. Even though the management is crooked enough, the faculty always try to complete the syllabus in an elaborated way in the less span of time.

Other: Classes are good as the faculty provided are knowledgeable but the crowd is so bad that it shows anyone can get a MBA which is not true.
The college could get better if they start filtering the crowd and the students are no way in any competition with other college.
No outbound skills by the students.
Overall an average college.

It is a good and comfortable college.
Placements: Placements depend on students' talents and marks. The highest salary package offered in our course is 1 LPA. Hospitals provide good salary packages. We have to manage the administration and hospital.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are good and comfortable. The infrastructure of our college is very good. Our college has good management. The food served in the mess is average. Medical facilities are average. Sports and games are not much convenient.
Faculty: All teachers are helpful and qualified. They are more concerned about our studies. They are good.
Other: All students are good in our college. It is a very good college to join. You will get good analytical skills.

MBA students can take admission to MBA without entrance Exams such as CAT. Although all the IIMs depend on CAT for admission, various colleges have taken other routes for their MBA Admission. Many MBA colleges have their entrance exams for student selection.

Hi Nilaksh,
It is true, salaries of MBA graduates, normally depend not on the ranking of the college but majorly on the student's calibre. While MBA packages normally start out at Rs 3 LPA there is always a chance of it rising, depending on the student's skills and performance.
