Review of L.N Mishra College of Business Management (LNMCBM).
Placements: To be honest, there are no on-campus placements. You have to apply for off-campus. But 40% of students got placed with a package of 3-5 lakhs per annum. Companies recruiting in our college are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, ICICI, LIC etc.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are very good, and the infrastructure of this college in the whole Uttar Bihar is very good. The canteen is average. But the downside is there isn't any big playground or sports or annual function conducted in the college. There are no hostel facility and no big canteen facilities present in this college.
Faculty: The only good thing is that the teachers are very good in this college, but the management is not. The course is relevant. The college offers many courses like MBA, MCA BBA, BCA, and B.Ed. This college is good for bachelor's degrees but not for master's degrees because of placements.
Other: I chose this course because I want to go into the corporate field. It improves my behavior, personality and my way of thinking to get new ideas for my business. No event or fest is conducted in this college.

Overall, it is good only for the study but not good for enjoying. It is a very strict college.
Placements: About 90% of the students got placed from our course. The highest salary package offered was above 15 LPA, and the average salary package offered ranges from 5 LPA to 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered ranges from 2 LPA to 3 LPA. Wipro, Paytm, Airtel, etc., are the top recruiters for our course. About 75% of the students got internships from MBA courses somewhere in companies like Wipro, Infotech, Paytm and many more. Managers are the top roles offered in our course.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure were not much good for us. The entire campus was not very huge, and some teachers were not good. Wi-Fi facility didn't work properly or didn't provide great speed. Even our college didn't provide a high amount of data, and it provided only 17 MB. The hostel wasn't available in our college.
Faculty: Teachers here were helpful, qualified and well knowledgeable. Their teaching quality was superb. Among all teachers, some were lazy or didn't put great efforts for the learning of us and didn't meet our requirements. The course curriculum was relevant, and it makes students industry-ready.
Other: I have chosen this course because I was interested in it. I suggest our college to hire some good teachers who clear our doubts. Events and fests organised here were awesome.

College ramps up innovative initiatives.
Placements: 50% of students were placed during the MBA course. The lowest package offered was 1.8 LPA.
The average package offered was 2.4 LPA.
The highest package offered was 3.6 LPA.
The top recruiting companies were Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Byju's and more. I got one of the students who got a top role in Byju's as a BDA (Business Development Associate).
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available for all MBA students of the college. Labs are also available for all MBA students of the college. The library is also available for all students.
Classrooms are available, including AC in them. The sports field is available for almost every outdoor game, including cricket, football, tennis, badminton, volleyball and more.
Faculty: 1. 60% of the teachers are highly educated, with Ph.D.s, MCAs, and MBA degrees with their names. But 40% of them are also less educated
and just have basic knowledge of it.
2. Semester exams are above average. I'm saying this because the minimum pass percentage is 45%, which should be a little challenging for those who aren't able to study or are not interested in studying.
Other: I chose this course as a middle-class family I get 1 lacs 50 thousand a good and less investment at one time. They need to hire more quality teachers. They need to raise the college by hiring more quality teachers & making the course more difficult to get a final certificate.

College discipline is good.
Placements: 75% students are placed from this course. The package is offered form college that is the highest 6l and the lowest 2l and average3-4l. Top companies are recruiting for this course is TCS, wipro, sharekhan, Crompton.
45% only students got internship from my college

Infrastructure: The college facilities are good and the infrastructure are too good of my college. Classroom is always neat and clean. In the library, books are available there is big library. No there is no hostel in this college. If any medical problem occur then all medical facilities are available.
Faculty: Yes teachers are helpful and supportive specially marketing teachers are too good
They are full of knowledgeable and qualified and they have always solved our problem. Teaching quality of this college is good. Yes this course is relevant for me.
Other: Because I love to interact people so I choose MBA for marketing. Many functions are organized in college.
