It is a very nice experience here, and the faculty are good.

Placements: More than 2,000 students got placed in my course. Many students got jobs in the banking sector. Some students got jobs in other companies and industrial areas with good packages. Approximately 6 LPA is the package offered. Few students got internships because most of the students seek jobs after post-graduation.

Infrastructure: Panjab University's famous. You get everything here to eat. Good quality food is provided. The surroundings are good. Wi-Fi is not available for students. But the classrooms and labs are good and clean. Hostel rooms are comfortable for students, and they are provided with good food.

Faculty: The pass percentage is about 70%. The difficulty level is quite normal and not very difficult. This course is curriculum relevant and makes the students ready for industry. We got to know many things about industrial sectors and various businesses.

Other: Rangoli competition, slogan writings, paintings, singing, dancing, everything is organised here.

I am satisfied with university teachers, and the whole campus is good.

Placements: There are no placement opportunities. It is a university for students who only want a degree and not placements. Students got workshops, but they don't get placements. I think after doing a good course, you can easily get a good job. After doing B.Com, I got the junior accountant post.

Infrastructure: Free Wi-Fi is available for students. Labs are also full of equipment, and classrooms also have enough seats. The library is also big. In the canteen, all types of eatables are available like samosa, which is my favourite. The playground is also huge in the area.

Faculty: I think teachers are the best part of the university. All our teachers are helpful and well-qualified, and they always motivate students to give their best in their studies. In our B.Com course, subjects like accounts, statistics and economics are my favourite because of the teachers.

Other: I have chosen B.Com because it has many options to get good jobs. Panjab University hosts many types of events. On the occasion of the Lohri festival, they host a grand event for students. The campus crowd is also huge, and a scholarship programme is also available for financially weak students.

PU according to me is good choice as I have studied there & I have never faced an issue.

Placements: Many of the Students were placed. In Panjab University there is a separate department for handling placements of students. Job fest is organised there in which various companies arrive in order to select students. And students too take part in it. Companies like wipro, Infosys, tata, etc. In interview round individual, group, stress, situation interviews are conducted. Salaries offered are in range 15k-30k to a freshers.

Infrastructure: Well-built infrastructure in PU. Canteen is fully furnished there is a Stuck which provides healthy food to students at affordable prices, playground are there, wi-fi, labs, classrooms, big library, sports and many games etc. Available in campus. Good quality labs fully furnished. Hostel facility for outsiders as well insiders with proper security features. Parking facility is there. I have never face any problem.

Faculty: Faculty members are very good weather they are security guard, professors, and clerk's etc. Any one. If I talk about teachers or anyone little problem in attitude is always there. And many courses are offered like graduation, post graduation in any stream. Pu is second rank University earlier it was first.

Other: Many events are organised there. Job fest, rose fest etc. Are organised. Campus is full of crowd most of the time. Scholarships are offered to students on economy basis or SC or St of Punjab.

Student query handling cell needs improvement.

Placements: Being correspondence studies there was no option of placements. I think the department should do efforts to place the students in different companies etc. So that they don't face any difficulty in getting a job after correspondence studies. It would raise the thinking of people that there is no big difference in regular and correspondence studies.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure facilities were average. Though building classrooms were good. Water facility was available. Cleanliness was properly maintained on each floor. I think the different work department should be more defined so that students could reach properly to particular place.

Faculty: As it was a correspondence study scheme, no regular classes were conducted, only PCP were arranged for 15 days in a semester. But during PCP's the teachers were very helpful. Curriculum was properly defined. Study materials were easily available and they also sent materials through mail.

Other: There are some events conducted there. Like seminars conferences etc. Different competition are also conducted.

Absolutely satisfied with the course and placements.

Placements: The placements are good if the student has scored good marks. The highest package offered to me was Rs 60,000 which includes housing also. And the lowest was Rs 35,000 which also includes housing. The top recruiting company was Pada Chinha Global Consultation group.

Infrastructure: I lived in a hostel. Rooms have enough space. There was also a library for my course and Wi-Fi was also available. The quality of the food was also good. Medical facilities were also there.

Faculty: The teachers were professional. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and we can ask them any questions. Yes, the course was relevant because of the teachers. Yes, now the students are ready for industrial work.
