Learning Experience: The course was done online via tutorials and other study material available on scrum.org, The training experience was really good as it helped me understand the concept of a scrum master very clearly. The roles and responsibilities plus the impact of a scrum master in day to day activities. Would definitely suggest this certification to someone who is looking at becoming a scrum master or at least to get a broader understanding of the scrum framework and principles.
Faculty: The faculty were passionate for the subject, teaching, and learning. They were well prepared, knowing the material and how to communicate it. They were also well informed, being able to convey both new and old materials and methods. And lastly confident, not afraid to make mistakes and willing to admit to ignorances. Most of the information shared was via practical experiences and they made sure that the peer group perfomed all the activities which were a part of the curriculum.
The course is structured in a very detailed pattern. It covers all the prerequisites required for a person to become a scrum master. The assessment is at the end of the entire course content. There are other activities and discussions that are to be done at regular intervals during the course which makes it easier for the final assessment. To clear and achieve this certification you need to get over 70% score
Course Support: Most of the multi nationals are now relying on certifications and the impact of it on an individuals skillset. With the help of any particular certification, individuals can enhance their knowledge of a particular topic and also potentially make a career switch to their desired role.
