Other: The program consisted of 4 modules Learning and Development mgmt Master Trainer & Facilitator Psychometric Testing Instructional Designing The program was a f2f delivery, with individual projects and assignment, each module was conducted f2f in 2 days (sat and sun), the assignments, assessments and case studies helped to build the formative knowledge.

Other: Found the course very informative and useful. The instructor had good knowledge of the subject and gave adequate attention to the class. They also videographed the participants pre and post training which was very beneficial as it worked as instant feedback.
