Examinations of minimum three years duration with the mentioned marks (45 % marks in BC Category ) in aggregate from a recognized Institute/ University. The qualifying degree obtained by the Distance Mode Program/ Open Distance Learning (ODL) should have recognition by the Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB as per UGC Regulations of 2013. Final year appearing students may also apply on provisional basis. The minimum age of the candidates should be 19 years as on the date of notification (Candidates whose date of Birth up to 30th MARCH, 2004). No maximum age limit.

IN-Service Candidates:-The candidates should have passed the recognized bachelor's Degree Examination of a minimum of three years duration with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved categories) in the qualifying examination.
b)The candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience at Supervisory / Middle level / Top Level Management in an organised sector as on the last date of submission of the application form for admission.
c) The candidature of such employee has to be certified by the employer stating his/her designation, length of service, etc. Further, no objection certificate has to be produced from the employer. (See ANNEXURE-I for Proforma of Service Certificate)
