Candidates seeking admission in JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research must fulfil the eligibility and selection requirements. The selection criteria varies course-wise. Candidates consider merit in the last qualifying exam for BSc, MSc, BBA, etc. For courses such as MD, MBBS, BDS, etc., entrance exams are accepted. Hence, direct admission is not available in JSS Mysore.

If you want to apply for M.Sc at JSS Mysore, you need know the following admission requirements:

You must have completed a B.Sc with at least one subject in biological sciences, or a BAMS, MBBS, BHMS, BPT, B.Pharm, or any other professional degree from a recognised institute.
You must have passed the PGCET, a common entrance test administered by the Karnataka Examination Authority for admission to postgraduate courses in the state

You must fill out the online application form on the official JSS Mysore website and pay the application cost of Rs. 1000/-2.
Along with the application form, you must send the appropriate papers, such as mark sheets, PGCET score cards, caste certificates, and so on.
You must undergo the counselling procedure to acquire a spot based on your merit and preferences.

The total number of seats available for BSc courses at JSS College Mysore are 547. Candidates are admitted to the UG-level course based on merit in the last qualifying examination. At JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research, the seat intake is 380 and JSS Medical College, JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research have 167 seats. It may follow the seat reservation prescribed by the state government or the Government of India.

The answer to this question will completely depend on the course selected by the candidates. If the aspirants choses to pursue MBBS or BDS programme, then NEET UG will be required for admission. For all the other courses, aspirants can get admission without NEET-UG score. If a candidate wishes to take admission in MD or MS courses, they will need to qualify NEET-PG along with fulfiling the eligibility requirements.

4. M.Sc medical genetics and genomics, total fees will be around 4.11 lakh  and duration is 3 years.
