Kuvempu University admissions are merit-based for B.Ed course. Aspirants must complete a minimum of graduation to get admission in B.Ed. Once the selection process is over, aspirants need to come for document verification. Selected candidates are required to pay the course fee to confirm their seat in the university.

Kuvempu University conducts entrance exam for MBA, MCA, BPEd and MPEd. Admissions for MCA and MBA courses are made through PGCET conducted by KEA, Bengaluru. However, a separate Entrance Test will be conducted by Kuvempu University to fill up unfilled seats. There shall be an entrance test for admission to M.P.Ed and B.P.Ed conducted by the University.
