This institute has got the title of "Institute of Eminence."
Placements: The college provides on-campus placement opportunities. It has an average package of 7 LPA for the CSE branch. Students become eligible for on-campus placement from the 6th semester onwards. However, the college does not help with internship opportunities. Many famous companies like TCS, Wipro, Amazon, and Accenture visit the college every year and take 50-60 students per company. The college has a placement percentage of 92%, which is the highest in the NCR region for private colleges, I guess.
Infrastructure: This university has a library named Indira Gandhi Memorial. It has many books and journals for every respective field. The books here cover linguistics, such as Hindi and Urdu, and technology engineering. Many clubs are running here, such as the Arts, Dance, Science, and Junior Clubs, and many more.
Faculty: The college has well-educated and highly qualified faculty for nearly all the branches the college offers. The student-to-teacher ratio on average is nearly 55 students per teacher, which is quite more than recommended. This ratio sometimes makes interaction difficult. I personally like my class coordinator, who teaches us PPS. There are three sessional tests every month before the semester-end exams.

Satisfied! It's really a great college.
Placements: 60-70% students are placed in my course. Packages offered in my course are Rs 40,000 to Rs 80,000. The top recruiting companies are Infosys, Biochem Pharma, etc. Our college conducts good internships. After the semester, there is a one-month period allocated for internships. Students got good placements.
Infrastructure: Food quality is very good and offers many dishes in one place. There is a big library with seating arrangements, and we can also borrow books from the library for study. Computer labs and science labs are available. Our college has plenty of space with multiple washrooms and ample space with an auditorium and multiple computer labs. We have a huge cricket playground with turfs. Great Wi-Fi connection.
Faculty: Many teachers hold advanced degrees like doctorates. They satisfy the students in all their doubts related to their subject, whether personal or educational. They support and encourage weaker students in the class. According to my seniors, the exams are not very difficult. They also provide assistance related to studies. Sometimes, our college also provides notes, so it is quite helpful for students.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Batch of 2024

2.6
2Placements4Infrastructure2Faculty4Crowd & Campus Life1Value for Money
The Placement Circus @SMS
Placements: Arround 23% students get the campus placements from the college. University of Hyderabad is the best option among all Central Universities but School of Management Studies for MBA Business Analytics is lacking somewhere. Placement records for particularly from Business Analytics is not much impressive because of many reasons. Lacking of practical knowledge or other also.
Infrastructure: Course curriculum is very good. It makes you industry ready for entering the corporate world. Subjects like - Text analytics, Predictive analytics, Business Economic and others are very useful subjects.Hostel facilities are very good in University of Hyderabad. But if you are coming from North India then you will face a challenge for mess food.
Faculty: Faculty are well qualified but the college is dependent for guest faculty for some main analytics subjects. Course distribution semester wise is not justified. 1st , 2nd and 3rd semester there are 10 or 11 subjects but in final semester there is only 1 .
Other: No one in the college is interested in the placements of Business Analytics students.

University of Hyderabad:the dreams and success.
Placements: The placement rate for my course was only 10% but 100% of the students had internships. Few companies came to recruit, but most students were interested in research or pursuing a Ph.D. The University of Hyderabad is well known for its research departments. Placement opportunities in history are not plentiful.
Infrastructure: The University of Hyderabad provides a wide range of facilities, including Wi-Fi in the campus and hostels, classrooms, public areas, and the auditorium. The food in the mess is average, but the quality of food in the canteen is much better. The university also provides a health center and sports facilities.
Faculty: The professors were very helpful and had a lot of research experience. In fact, we had world-class faculty on our campus. The students were satisfied with the curriculum and the lectures of the professors. The pass percentage at the University of Hyderabad is 99%.
Other: I chose this course because I want to pursue further research in history. I also hope that there are placement opportunities after my master's degree. In addition, I am looking for a university that offers extracurricular activities such as sports, workshops, and festivals like the annual festival called Sukoon, which is organized by the student union. Finally, I hope to receive a 100% scholarship.

3.8
4Placements3Infrastructure4Faculty4Crowd & Campus Life4Value for Money
Review of Integrated B.Tech. + M.Tech. in Computer Science in University of Hyderabad.
Placements: 70% of the students are placed, and the highest package will be mostly 40 LPA, and the lowest will be 4 LPA, and mostly TCS, WIPRO, GE DITITALS, MARVEL INDIA PVT, etc. are the top recruiters, and mostly everyone will get an internship in or out of the campus. And mostly software development, machine learning, etc. roles are offered.
Infrastructure: The hostel is good but not too clean, with corridors full of dogs but not much charm. Labs are good except when it comes to computer labs. There are study rooms, reading rooms, and libraries open 24/7 except on some major holidays. Okay canteen, faculty members, and good medical facilities. Not much support in sports and games.
Faculty: Good curriculum, but not good enough for today; somewhat outdated. Highly qualified and helpful faculty, and, mostly, it is a research-oriented university that provides you the best ways for the research and gives you good faculty members and help in that and difficult in semester exams.

Satisfied with faculty, but administration is poor.
Placements: Appearing in 2025 placements interview. 30 Lacs per annum. Google, Microsoft, etc. As of now, we are not doing any internships, and even my college is not offering any kind of internships. Apart from all your questions, my college has a good reputation.
Infrastructure: Bad condition of infrastructure and technology, provided by the administration, buildings are in worse condition in my school, but the library is the finest place where students rush to. The mess condition is even worse, but the quality of food sanitation is good.
Faculty: Knowledge faculty, well-reputed professors, highly qualified, good teaching skills. Our courses are prepared by professors themselves, that sharpen the students and provide good training for the students to enter the economic e-society.
Other: University doesn't value money; that administration thinks all students can afford the fees, the finest which is imposed by us. Poor conditions of infrastructure are not looked out for by the administration. Scholarships are provided, that even students cannot afford, not helping students to fulfill their basic needs.

Q:   What should be the score in CAT exam to get admission in University of Hyderabad for pursuing MBA?

A:
To get admission to the University of Hyderabad's MBA programme, you need to have a valid score in the Common Admission Test CAT conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (Iims). However, the CAT score is only one of the many factors that are considered during the admission process. The university also takes into account your academic background, work experience (if any), and performance in the Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds. There is no fixed minimum CAT score required for admission to the University of Hyderabad's MBA programme, as the cutoff varies each year based on various factors such as the number of applicants, their CAT scores, and the seats available. Generally, a CAT score of around 80 percentile or above would be considered competitive for admission to the University of Hyderabad's MBA programme. However, this is only a rough estimate, and the actual cutoff may be higher or lower depending on the factors mentioned earlier. It is essential to note that while a good CAT score can increase your chances of getting admission, it is not the only deciding factor. Therefore, it is essential to prepare thoroughly for the GD and PI rounds and have an impressive academic and professional profile to increase your chances of securing a seat in the University of Hyderabad's MBA programme.

Q:   What to do after JEE Main session 2 result?

A:

Candidates preparing for IITs are only required to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main. Students who who secure above the 98th percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 should start preparing for JEE Advanced 2025 immediately. Those who score between 95th and 98th percentile should focus on improving their JEE Main score by taking multiple mock tests and practicing previous year's question papers. By analysing their strengths and weaknesses, candidates can identify their areas of proficiency and topics where they need improvement. If they can achieve full marks in their practice sessions, they can start preparing for JEE Advanced. However, if they cannot score full marks, it is recommended that they appear for multiple mock test series for more practice.
