KL University Hyderabad follows a specific cancellation and fee refund policy. Here are the key points:
Processing Fees and Admission Fees:
- The processing fees and admission fees paid by the student are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If a seat is cancelled 15 days before the notified last date of admission, only Rs 15,000/- will be deducted.
- Between 15 days and the notified last date of admission, Rs 25,000/- will be deducted as cancellation charges.
University of Hyderabad offers both online and offline modes of payment to students. To pay the fee online candidates are required to follow the below steps:

The application fee for General and EWS category students is INR 600 and INR 550, respectively. On the other hand, the fee for OBC and SC/ ST/ PWD students is INR 400 and INR 275, respectively.
