For admission to MBA course of Annamalai University DDE, it is necessary that aspirants meet the prescribed eligibility criteria. Candidates who have passed a bachelor's degree programme of at least three years duration from a recognised university are eligible for admission. Additionally, the AICTE 2024-27 norms for ODL and OL are also considered. The applicants must have the relevant documents with them as a proof of eligibility.

The DDE at Annamalai University offers an AICTE-approved MBA programme. The programme is offered with an option to choose five different specialisations. TANCET results are accepted by Annamalai University Distance Education for admission to its MBA program; additionally, applicants must have earned at least 50% of their bachelor's degree in the general category and 45% in the reserved category. The MBA programme offers two years of study with the following specializations: financial management, hospital management, business analytics and business intelligence, marketing management, human resource management, and information systems. The course cost is INR 58,260 per year, and the application process is online.
