Computer Science and Technology is the best course, and the best part of this course is coding.
Placements: 40 percent to 45 percent students are placed in our college. The highest package is 10 Lacs and the lowest package is 50 Lacs. TATA Communication and Services and Infosys are the top recruiting companies. In our college, 45 percent of students got internships from our course in TCS.
Infrastructure: In our department, our classrooms are digital. The department has labs, a library, and Wi-Fi facilities. The hostel is good, and the surroundings in our hostel have greenery, which makes it look more attractive. The mess food is not good and is bad in taste.
Faculty: Our teachers' teaching is very understanding, and the way they teach is very easy to understand. Our teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good; they teach in a very easy method, and the practicals are very nice.
Other: My course is very interesting, and it is very nice. The best part of this course is coding, because I like coding. I am more satisfied with this course, and I am happy I chose it.

Good but not recommended for all.
Placements: Highly qualified students and staff, but no placements. The lowest package is 1 Lakh, and the highest is 9 Lakh. Good but not at all. Placements are not enough. Only a few students get placements. Top companies don't visit this college. But they said 100 percent placements, which is a scam.
Infrastructure: Good overall. Sports are quite good. Staff is also highly qualified. But no placements due to no advertisement or no one knows the college. But definitely good. I will suggest this college for freshers for engineering as well as Ph.D. Best campus, fresh environment, no disturbance, no traffic, no rush area.
Faculty: Exams are very difficult due to the university. Strict and no cheating is allowed. Students are very good at academics. Teachers are also good. But due to misinformation, no companies visit this college. This is a government college, but no one takes admission due to placements.
Other: Good for beginners.

Department of Technology, SUK from final year food technology student's point of view.
Placements: In my course, i.e., B.Tech food technology, we have 100% placement, where students get placed in good companies like Amul, Gokul, FSSAI, Gadre Marine, etc. The average package is around 7 L per year. Top recruiting companies would be all food industries, covering all sectors like Nestled, Amul, ITC, etc. We have internships twice compulsory during the course, whereas students are placed in good companies, and there is good feedback from companies regarding students and their skills.
Infrastructure: We have free WiFi in our college for every student for educational purposes only. Lab classrooms are spacious and clean. Hostel facilities are okay, and food is okay too. We do have good, free-of-cost medical facilities for students in university, and there is a lot of scope and appreciation for sports and cultural activities. The labs are a little outdated; the machinery needs an update.
Faculty: Faculty staff is good and helpful if you are curious. The curriculum is relevant but needs a little update. Semester exams are easy if lectures are attended by students regularly; otherwise, they are extremely difficult. Teaching quality is very good. Exams are held every six months by the university. Pattern is practical and relevant.
Other: The best thing about my course is that it is undying. There are a lot of options to pursue and a lot of scope. If you don't get good jobs, you can open your own business.

Average College Life of an Average Student.
Placements: According to last year's records, around 60% of students were placed with proper job opportunities. The highest package was around 8 Lacs per annum. The lowest package was around 3 Lacs, while the average package is 3.5 Lacs. Most of the students went into the IT sector. Companies like Tech Mahindra, TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, and Wipro were available. Most of those companies offered roles for software development.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of the college are good and have a clean environment. There are a lot of gardens and trees surrounding the campus, as it provides a healthy environment. The hostel has a sharing room system. The boys' and girls' hostels are separate, and each room consists of 3-4 students. The facilities include Wi-Fi, clean classrooms with digital education. Libraries provide a lot of books regarding the subject required and also provide journals, articles, newspapers, and research papers. It also has Wi-Fi too.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable about the subject they taught. They also supported us with difficult questions, guided us in projects and practical sessions. The teaching was decent but with boring lectures or periods. The course curriculum is not relevant as students do not have practical knowledge about industry work. So, the students are not industry-ready. The semester exams are not pretty tough, but after a few hours of study, you can pass the exam. The theory exam is 70 marks, and internal evaluation is 30 marks, totaling 100 marks. The passing criteria is around 40.
Other: Well, I needed CSE but was not eligible, so I had to choose this field. But after studying in this course, I got to know about jobs through this course. E&TC provides jobs in both, i.e., the software sector and also in core industries. The course can be improved by lectures conducting in the native language, keeping scientific words as they are, and providing more practical knowledge. There are a lot of events in college such as gatherings, fresher's parties, traditional days, Navratri festivals, Independence Day and Republic Day, sports, and technical events like coding masters and poster presentations. There are a lot of scholarships based on caste and reservation.
