Placements: As per my knowledge, students get placement on their own. Our college does not conduct placements. Not even a single student got any response from college about placement as they expected while taking their admission there. Teachers will do whatever they can, but they also need some support from their superiors instead of a termination letter for doing something for the sake of students happiness.
Placements: B.Tech food technology is the best course for building a career. But there is a lack of placements. The highest package offered in our batch is 2.5 LPA, and the lowest package is 84,000 per annum. There was a company called Parle Agro, which used to come to our college every year, take interviews and select 14-18 students from B.Tech and M.Tech for internships of 2 months. This help us a lot in gaining industrial knowledge. After passing out in 2019, nearly about 10% of students from our batch g...
Placements: Our whole batch got placed, but 90% of them got placed from off-campus. For food technologists, it is easy to get jobs in companies. The scenario of internships depends on us. We have to use our contact to get internships in the third year.
Placements: There are no campus placements for civil engineering department. You have to attend other colleges with a reference or on your own. I hope this will improve in the coming years as this is a developing college, especially in the civil engineering department.
Placements: Our college does not provide any placements. Students get placed in off-campus drives, and they get placed on their own efforts. I am absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty members, but placements in 2015 are good. Our college should provide facilities and should hire trained faculty members. The number of supporting staff members should be increased.
Placements: Only 5% of the students from our course got placed. The lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. Companies do not directly visit our college for placements. About 2-3 students from our course got an internship.
Placements: This college doesn't provide placements. You have to search for them on your own. If you want to join a college which gives you a good job after engineering, then this is not the place for you. However, some professors of our college will help you to find a job and prepare for it, but there is no guarantee that you will get a job.
Placements: Placement in Civil Engineering was almost 0-2 students per Batch. This means placement in civil is not even 5%. The package provided was not satisfactory and is below 2.5 LPA. There were few cases where the ex-students had to work for even 15000 per month which is less as compared to the worker (mazdoor) working at the site.
Placements: There are no placements from college side. Student have to place themselves by their own. Not a single company comes for placements. Students have to go to open campus drives which are taken in other colleges for placements. The students from our batch got jobs by themselves by attending exams and open drives.
Placements: Teachers helped us to find an internship. Some students from my course got placed. Students probably get placed off-campus. There is a placement issue, so students have to try off-campus interviews. Teachers also tell students about off-campus placements.
Placements: None of the companies visited here for conducting interviews. I don't know if they didn't come or didn't invite for placement. In the whole course, only one company came to offer us an internship. Our college only gives us an advertisement of the vacancies. They didn't conduct any placement drives, which was necessary.
Placements: Only 10 to 20% students are place through the campus interview and mostly 30 to 40% students are placed through off campus. Almost every student of each branch have completed their internship programme and within the mechanical branch most of them were Quality Engineering or the Service Engineer.
Placements: About 10 to 12 students got placed through on-campus interviews, while about 10 to 15 students got placed through off-campus. Almost every student from the mechanical department completed their internship programme. Most of the students have completed their internship in different companies like Kirloskar and Indian Railways.
Placements: About 10 to 12 students got placed through the campus selection, and about 10 to 15 students were placed through off-campus. The average salary package offered was 1.50 LPA. Companies in which students completed their internships were WILO Mather and Platt Pumps, Central Railway and Kirloskar.
Placements: The college didn't provide any placements for the energy technology branch. Students who weren't able to get a satisfactory job during graduation pursued their PG by keeping in mind that at least they will get something different during PG than their graduation. So, DOT isn't good in terms of placements.
Placements: Very low percentage of placements are there, so in my batch, the placements were not held. Every year, college and other departments are trying to improve the placements. Some of the companies are coming, and some students are giving their best in placements. The placements are available for chemical and food branch.
