Department of Technology Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,Kolhapur

Placements: In the department of technology in Shivaji University, the placements are good. The lowest package is 2.5 lack per annual, the average package is 6 lack per annual, and the highest package is 10 lack per annual. Here, 60-65% student are placed in the year.

Placements: Highly qualified students and staff, but no placements. The lowest package is 1 Lakh, and the highest is 9 Lakh. Good but not at all. Placements are not enough. Only a few students get placements. Top companies don't visit this college. But they said 100 percent placements, which is a scam.

Placements: In my course, i.e., B.Tech food technology, we have 100% placement, where students get placed in good companies like Amul, Gokul, FSSAI, Gadre Marine, etc. The average package is around 7 L per year. Top recruiting companies would be all food industries, covering all sectors like Nestled, Amul, ITC, etc. We have internships twice compulsory during the course, whereas students are placed in good companies, and there is good feedback from companies regarding students and their skills.

Placements: About 80% of students get placed every year. Placements are excellent compared to other colleges. Some top companies visit our campus to hire students. Accenture, TCS, Infosys, Ultratech, and ACC are the major recruiters. Internship facilities are also provided.

Placements: Around 75% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Laxmi Organic and Alkyl Amine. Almost 100% of students got internships in our course. The top role offered is senior executive.

Placements: More than 50% of students are placed up till now. The highest package is 7lpa. Companies like TCS, Infosys, etc recruit the students. Many students got internships like in Pentagon Space from college. Practical and theoretical education is good. Students are still getting placed now.

Placements: Almost 30-40% of students from my class are placed. Out of which 90% placements are off campus. Students are placed in TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Elcom marines, Cyber success etc. Top role offered is system engineer at TCS Digital. The highest package till now is 7 LPA for 2022 batch.

Placements: Around 70% of students got placed in our college. Many companies visited for placements like TCS, Infosys, Tata Power, Adobe, etc. There is not a big role offered but, there are manager-like posts are been offered. The highest salary package offered is 5LPA, the average salary package offered is 3.5LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.8LPA.

Placements: The highest salary package offered here is 12 LPA. It is compulsory to get 1st class marks in all years, and you all will qualify for placements. A lot of companies like Tata, Reliance, Zomato, etc., visit here to hire students, which is good for students' future. It is useful to know the skills.

Placements: There are 70% placements for CST branch in Department of Technology, Kolhapur. The highest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 2.2 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1.8 LPA. Companies which offered placements are TCS, Infosys, Adobe, etc. Students got 60%-70% internships from CS branch. Computer engineer and job manager posts are top roles offered in our brand/course.

Placements: If you have above 80% of marks, you will get a seat in computer science and technology in DOT. The highest salary package offered on-campus is 12 LPA, and the average salary package offered is around 3 LPA-4 LPA.

Placements: More than 50 percent was placed last year The highest package was around 9 lac And the lowest package was 1.5 lac TCS is top recruiting company in this college. Placements depends on branch or your skills I SEE seniors got placed in good and top companies .

Placements: More than 40% of the students got placed from our course. Infosys, TCS and Wipro are some of the reputed recruiters for ECT students. VLSI design, communication engineer and software developer roles are offered in our course. About 100% of the students get internships by the third year, and they all get basic industrial knowledge by the final year.

Placements: Many students did not get placed. Internships are offered based on faculty members. In other branches such as food technology, students got placed. There are also post-graduation courses for food technology and electronic engineering.

Placements: Most of the students from our batch were placed with good salary packages in their core field companies. During academics, a good skill development programme was organised, which is now getting helpful. The lowest salary package offered here was nearly 2 LPA. None of the students got internships from our batch.

Placements: Almost 50% of the batch got placed with the highest package of 5 LPA. During the tenure, everyone enrolled in the internship programme. Roles offered by companies were shift engineer, field executive etc. Chemical companies like Vinati Organic, Macleods Pharma, etc., came here.

Placements: The placements for other branches is zero, but the teachers in food technology and chemical technology branches have good contacts with the industry persons, so they help the students for placements. But the students should make an individual approach to the faculty members.

Placements: The placement is very low or even no placement is available in the college. The college staff has a very good network with various company persons so the teachers help for the placement of the student but the student should take interest and get connected with the facility as the teachers surely place them in a company.

Placements: A minimum of 60 to 65% of marks are required to get placed. For food technology, many companies come here, like Parle Agro etc. For chemical technology, Cipla and Nerolac came here. There are no placements for civil engineering and mechanical engineering students. All the students got internships on their own.

Placements: About 20% of students got placed from our course. The salary package offered here ranges from 1.5 LPA to 3 LPA. Parle, Nestle, etc., companies recruit students from here. About 75% of students got internships in Parle Agro, Mapro, Mondelez, etc. Quality assurance, production, research and development work are offered to interns with a very enthusiastic environment.
