Learning Experience: The course was descriptive and rightly paced. Unlike other institutes that offer a 3-day workshop, LIBA offers a typical college type programme that is spread over 8 weekends ensuring the attendees get enough time to read through, try relating the learnings with their daily work and comeback with questions/learnings to share and discuss with their Peers here. The professor Mr.Srivatsan provided amazing examples for explaining each of the concepts. Much recommended and better over other 3-day crash courses.
Faculty: Prof. Mr.Srivatsan was our faculty for the programme. He has 18+years experience in Lean Six Sigma Management and it was very evident in his teaching and diverse examples that he provided. The mini projects he gave for Peer group acivities were practical and helped to have better understanding of the concepts They provided the printed physical copies of the class material at the start of the session. Also, shared the Standard Deviation calculator and other few files. By the end of the course and before the examination, they provided a Soft copy of the overall course material which was very handy and helpful for revision
