It is absolutely nice college.
Placements: The placement rate and intership rate provided by this college is more than 70%. Average packages have been provided to students as well.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities of this college are really good and nice. There are computers, wi-fi labs, classrooms, a library, etc. The library has a wide collection of books in many languages. It is really helpful for research purposes. The mess, canteen, and food facilities are all good.
Faculty: All teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is absolutely brilliant. This curriculum course is relevent in modern conditions and for future studies. It makes students industry ready.

Besides catering the academic needs of the students, distant learners and the faculty members, the library also has profound collection of research journals, UGC NET & JRF guides, Civil Service Exam materials and previous question papers. Library automation is done using Lib Soft software which facilitates all in-house operations of the library. The library currently subscribes to more than 15 journals of various subject fields. The University has also recognised the SDE Library as a Research Centre for the doctoral researchers in various subject areas. Though the library is primarily meant for the SDE students and faculty members only. Library remains open from 10 a.m. to 5.15 p.m. on all working days. However keeping in view of the needs of the Students, the library is kept open beyond normal days/hours and timings are notified on the Library Notice Board. Additionally, it has been rated 3.71 for infrastructure by the verified students on Shiksha platform.
