Post-MBA, he worked as a consultant with PwC and then helped set up the marketing analytics practice at Dell Analytics in Bangalore. Post that, he started CareerCarve, a career guidance company that provides career advisory, resume building, and interview preparation services. He has been working closely with Great Learning in the past enabling professionals to make successful career transitions. Swaroop is also involved in a venture to promote Indian handicrafts. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and Carnatic music. In the past, he ran a consulting firm to enable small and medium businesses to leverage technology and analytics.
