Learning Experience: I have taken a cybersecurity course from Udemy. But the course date is outdated and the instructor doesn't respond to me. As for the 30 days return policy they always lie and say you are beyond the 30 days limit and don't return the money. It doesn't impact in career boost. For paid courses please ignore Udemy. But for some free courses, it would be ok.
Faculty: The faculty approach is zero. They don't help and clear the doubts. Knowledge is just like learning level teachers. Live lesson breaks are always consistent and disconnected. We have to try again and again All the structure and course data were outdated. And the assessments are beyond the course. The instructor does even not help the learner in most cases.
Course Support: The course did not achieve the goals and my money was gone. Of course, go for other platforms. For a free course, you can go with Udemy.

Learning Experience: Need of solid understanding of cybersecurity incidents. Learn about the different stages of the incident lifecycle, including preparation, detection, analysis, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident activities. Understanding each stage is crucial for effectively responding to incidents
Faculty: Charles Smith who taught us this course on Udemy is a very enthusiastic teacher. Students value instructors who bring real-world experience and case studies into the classroom, making the content relevant and practical. Faculty members who share personal anecdotes, examples of recent cyber incidents, or insights from their professional experience help students connect theory to practice. It provided me with an overview of cybersecurity concepts, including threats, vulnerabilities, and risk management principles. I appreciate this foundational knowledge, as it sets the stage for understanding incident handling within the broader context of cybersecurity.
Course Support: The course would emphasize the practical application of cybersecurity concepts through the use of real-world examples, case studies, and scenarios. By providing strong support in these areas, the cybersecurity incident handling and response course would empower students like me to achieve the desired impact of gaining expertise, engagement, relevance, accessibility, adaptability, and clarity.
