Other: Denise Comer, the course instructor was a great teacher. The 5C\'s of written communication - clarity, cohesiveness, completeness, conciseness and concreteness - was wonderfully explained by her. The \'Discussion forums\' the self-reflection quizzes, the assignments acquainted me with the different forms of writing. Even the peer reviews were of great help. Every bit of the course was a learning in itself. A well-planned and well-executed course.
