Learning Experience: My learning experience was great as I was able to learn at my own pace and schedule, which allowed me to work and learn together, the course was taught by an experienced instructor who specializes in persuasive learning techniques, their expertise helped me learn many new sales techniques.
Faculty: LinkedIn Learning provides opportunities for learners like me to connect with peers and instructors through discussion forums or LinkedIn groups, fostering a sense of community and collaboration, it was all online and there were few live sessions too, but it can't take the place of a real faculty.
It was all well-organized content, which was broken down into manageable sections and modules. This made it easier to follow along and absorb the material, Many quizzes, exercises, and interactive elements were reinforced for learning and encourage active participation, overall it taught me the best ways to convince a customer without breaking a sweat.
Course Support: The course provided me with practical examples and case studies to illustrate how persuasive learning techniques can be applied in various contexts, such as marketing, education, or personal development, which became useful in my current customer relations associate job.
