Dr. Sarkar is a certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma. He has been visiting faculty at Stanford and ISI and continues to teach at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM-Bangalore) and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc).

He has authored a total of four books, three of which are on Business Statistics and one on Marketing Research published by the British Open University Business School, UK.

He has various research papers published in national as well as international journals. He is currently working on a book titled Measuring and Managing Credit Risk. He has been the Managing Editor at Journal of Emerging Market Finance and Journal of Infrastructure and Development, member of Index Committee, member of Research Advisory Committee, Research Advisory Committee, NICR, Expert Member in Faculty Selection committees at various business schools, among others.

Srabashi is an analytics expert and an academic administrator. She does extensive work in statistical applications in different areas like health analytics, complex data analytics, aviation industry, CRM etc.
