Dr. Debasis Das
Dr. Debasis Das received his PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Patna, India. He joined as an assistant professor in the department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at IIT Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India in 2019. Before joining IIT Jodhpur, he was working as an Assistant Professor at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani, K. K. Birla Goa Campus, Goa, India and NIIT University, Rajasthan, India. His research interests include communication and networking, Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks (VANETs), smart cities, Internet of Vehicles (IoV), smart healthcare, smart agriculture, blockchain, and network security. He has published 70 research papers in international journals and conferences. He has published six book chapters and also presented several research papers at national and international conferences. Earlier, he was involved in research funded projects of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Govt. of India, where he had actively participated in developing the centralised and distributed algorithm for vehicular sensors and mesh network-based platforms for future ITS. His current research interests include distributed and centralised algorithms for smart cities. He has been awarded the Early Career Research (ECR) award by the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India for a sponsored research project titled "Secure Vehicular

Dr. Praful Gharpure has been working in the field of U Service Management and e-Governance for over two extensively for Information and Communications Tec under the National e-Governance Plan. He has autho which have been published in leading industry journa proceedings. His papers have also been included as a for PG Diploma programme at IGNOU. Dr. Praful is a "Solution on ease of doing business" by Ministry of Co India. He holds a Master of Technology degree in Urb doctorate in Urban Service Delivery. He also specialis six sigma and ITIL methodologies with PMP Certificati Sigma Black Belt Certification from ASQ - USA and ITIL Netherlands.
