Learning Experience: This course is a part of professional certification called IBM TECHNICAL SUPPORT. This course includes all the case studies which we face on the daily basis it goes from beginner to intermediate level which also includes fundamentals of cloud. Love this course.
Faculty: Faculty was amazing, the way they taught every single thing was pretty understandable and interesting. If needed proper definitions are also included. The course structure includes weekly assessments which is objective and multiples answers. Few includes quizzes which is very much creative that no one could get bored.

Learning Experience: The course was very knowledgeable and made sure we learnt fundamentals in IT, the platform was very use to use and training's were quite less but very helpful
