In this session, we’ll start by understanding the concept of Sorting, why it’s required and different sorting algorithms
The first type of sort that we’ll look into is Bubble Sort
We’ll understand the concept of Bubble Sort, its algorithm along with a demonstration, its implementation and time and space complexity
Then we’ll look at Selection Sort and Insertion Sort wherein we will take you through its algorithms with demonstrations on the side, their implementations and time and space complexity
Then we will take up the difference between Bubble Sort, Selection Sort and Insertion Sort based on the number of swaps, and a variety of other factors
Following this, you will also learn about Quick Sort and Merge Sort, and we’ll take a look at some relevant algorithms with demonstrations alongside, their implementations, time and space complexity and the difference between the both based on several parameters like the number of comparisons, stability, etc
