Dr. Dhewa is instrumental in ensuring food safety across the country as the Coordinator of the Food Safety Training and Certification (FoSTaC) Centre, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), Centre at Central University of Haryana and a Member of the Scientific Panel, FSSAI.
