Prof. Gloryson R B Chalil
Dr. Gloryson Chalil, a Fellow from IIM Bangalore teaches electives such as Strategic HRM, Organizational Change and Development, and other core courses at XLRI. He led HR department in three different sectors (Agriculture, Manufacturing and IT) during his initial stage of career and is also completed various consulting assignments with government and corporate sectors.
Dr. M. Srimannarayana
Gold medalistinM.A(IR&PM).After working in corporate sector for one year, he took academic assignments. He was a Professor in the Maharishi Institute of Management, Hyder a bad prior to joining XLRI. His Doctoral work is on training and development in public sector undertakings. He has presented papers in various national and international conferences. His areas of interest are staffing, training needs assessment,and training evaluation.
