Other: Great college to get a cutting edge MBA degree from. At par with IIMs. The Faculty is good, exposure is great, top recruiters’ lineup for placements. If you are looking for international internships and jobs with some of India's best MNCs, don't think twice, tougher to get into than IIMs. Based on aspirants to selected students ratio, IIFT offers a great time for students with a limited batch size and industry recognized guest lecturers which provide students with exposure and insights into the current industry trends. Great campus for Finance and Trade enthusiasts, even the Marketing course is awesomely designed. The only drawback is that the campus is small in size but its location is in the heart of South Delhi more than makes up for the small campus size.

Other: Infrastructure - Decent small but cosy campus in South Delhi. Faculty: Mixed (like any other institutions) some of the Marketing, Finance, Economics professors are really good Curriculum: General B-school curriculum in line with others. Trade and Economics courses can get repetitive. Offers Masters and not Diploma unlike IIMs and some other institutions Batch quality: A good mix of students in the batch in terms of demography, work experience and personality. Good learning experience for me Placements: Good summer and final placements. Please refer to the placement pack. Many reputed firms offer good profiles for marketing and finance. Not a place for someone who wants to get into management consulting (enough options for IT consulting on campus).

Other: The college is positioned as foreign trade while the college offers MBA in international business. International trade is one aspect of it. The college offers specialization in marketing, finance, IT and operations as well. The college has one more campus at Kolkata which is integral to Delhi campus. Selection, placements , curriculum , faculty all are common just that both have separate physical presence.

First, you have to clear the entrance exam which is conducted by them solely, then you have to clear the GD and PI rounds.

There is age restrictions, you can join as and when you clear all exams for entrance purpose. You can contact the officials there for better support, but yes if there is more gap of years, the chances to get admission too reduces. All the best.

Hi, The last year cutoff for admission to IIFT 2016-18 batch were between 38-45, which varied according to the analysis of different experts. The IIFT 2016 cutoff depends on exam pattern and difficulty level of the exam. Hence, it is expected that the IIFT 2016 cutoff would be around 40-45.
