I recommend this college for distance education.
Placements: Since it is a distance education institution, placements wouldn't be provided. The programme is regarding the process of journalism and mass communication from basics to in-depth. Anyone who wants to get into the journalism industry should be enrolled in this programme.
Infrastructure: It is a perfect distance-based educational institution to grab the specialisation you are aiming for after completing a bachelor's. I did masters in journalism and MS communication, and I am completely satisfied with the infrastructure and services of Kurukshetra University.
Faculty: Staff members are friendly and well-qualified, and the standards of teaching are great. The curriculum is apt, relevant and approved by great experts of industry like Karan Thapar. It makes students enrolled in the programme and ready to step into the industry.

The PG Diploma can be done any anyone who has a Bachelor Degree. The qualification you have already earned are supporting your claim to be a good learner, but are in no way an issue in doing the PG Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication which is a one year course.
