Prof. Saswata Bhattacharya is an Professor in Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad. His expertise and research interests are in the areas of phase transformations of materials, phase-field modelling of microstructures, discrete dislocation dynamics and integrated computational materials engineering (ICME). He was a guest editor for the special issue on “Phase-field Modeling” in the Journal of Indian Institute of Science.
