The highest-growing IIT is IIT Hyderabad.
Placements: Engineering science is an integrated degree, which is more famous abroad. It is also in top universities like MIT. This is the perfect branch if you are confused about taking any branch and confused about your interest. Number of students in branch is 41. Placements of this branch are one of the best in institutes with an average salary package of 23 LPA. Last year, the highest salary package was offered at IITH in the ES branch. The percentage of students who got placed is around 85-93% and for internships, it is around 80-85%. All types of companies and roles are offered for this course.
Infrastructure: All types of facilities are provided in IITs. IITH also has all types of facilities. IITH have one of the best architecture in India inspired by Japanese architecture. It has all types of labs, research facilities, and full Wi-Fi all over the campus. The mess, canteen, medical facilities, and sports are the best in India.

They also have very great contacts all over the world. The course curriculum is decent in relevancy, but it will make you industry-ready.
Other: I chose this course because it gives me flexibility and time for exploring my interests. Events at IIT are one of the best. IITH also have GATE events and fests like Elan Vision, Diesta, Milan, etc. The campus surroundings are very cool and charming.

Satisfied & amazed by the awesome infrastructure, but would have loved some more greenery on campus.
Placements: The percentage of students being placed is around 50%. The highest package lies around 55 LPA, and the average is around 14 LPA. The top recruiters are Google, Amazon, Uber, Paytm, Ola, Oracle for software jobs, and L&T, etc., for core jobs. The number of students who got internships is also similar, around 50%, in companies like Thomson Reuters, ServiceNow, Oracle, Google, Amazon, etc. The roles offered are software developer, ML intern, product manager, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is top-class. We have 10-floor hostel buildings with single-sharing rooms equipped with a radiant cooling system. The rooms are of single occupancy. The campus has multiple department buildings, and every building is unique and magnificent. The library is also very huge, with a lot of study rooms, discussion rooms, study tables, etc. The food in the mess is also quite satisfactory. The quality is good, and they have a fixed weekly menu. Each room in the hostel has a LAN port, and there is Wi-Fi available in lecture halls and the library. The campus has a sports center with almost all sports facilities.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, friendly, and supportive. The exams are quite regular, along with weekly assignments for some courses. The evaluation depends completely on the professor. The curriculum is very well-designed and sufficient for students to be ready for a job in the civil industry. The semester exams are of medium difficulty, and the pass percentage varies due to the relatively grading pattern.

The highest package offered is 38 to 52 LPA, and the lowest package is 2.7 to 5 LPA, with the average package offered by top companies ranging from 15 to 21 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course include Wipro, Amazon, Microsoft, Cisco, Uber, and HP. These companies also offer internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: The facilities are top-class, with excellent labs and all facilities like Wi-Fi. Classrooms are large, and the library is very good. The college also provides hostel facilities where we get good food. The mess is clean and offers a variety of food compared to the canteen. Medical facilities are provided, and sports and games materials are available or conducted.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Many teachers in my college have good teaching skills and explain concepts in an understandable way, ensuring that the syllabus is covered easily. Semester exams are hard, but we all pass with good marks due to our teachers. The course is relevant to new tech. They make students ready for the industry. The semester exams are hard to pass, with a passing percentage of 98%.

IITH is one of the best campuses for research and it is the fastest-growing IIT.
Placements: In the civil engineering course, about 60-70% of students get placed. Most of the students choose software jobs and not the core jobs. Some students opt for government jobs via GATE UPSC, etc. BPCL visits the college and recruits around 6-10 students with a salary package of 20 LPA on the core side.
Infrastructure: Here we will get all the facilities in a good manner like Wi-Fi, classrooms and library. The library is one of the best places to enjoy on campus. Mess food is not up to the mark. We have good sports facilities. The canteen is also good. There are around 20 hostels.
Faculty: Teachers teaching quality is good. They provide good knowledge if we focus. The course curriculum is also good. Here the semester runs by the segment-wise system which is too good. If anyone wants further details then they can visit the IITH website. If we focus on the classes the semester exams will be easier.

IIT Hyderabad boasts excellent placements and a fantastic infrastructure.
Placements: The majority of students were placed on campus, and IIT Hyderabad offers the greatest placements in prestigious firms around the nation. Other students launched their own businesses or improved their own jobs. There are internships available, and students are compensated for them. In 2024, the average package size was between 15 and 20 lakhs annually, while the largest package provided was 46 lakhs.
Infrastructure: The facilities are first-rate, including first-rate labs and amenities like Wi-Fi. The library is excellent, and the classrooms are spacious. Additionally, the college offers hostel accommodation where we may eat well. Compared to the canteen, the mess is clean and has a wider selection of food. Sports and games materials and activities are offered, as are medical amenities.
Faculty: The instructors are incredibly informed and helpful. Many of the instructors at my college are skilled educators who make sure that the curriculum is easily understood by breaking down difficult ideas into manageable chunks. Exams during the semester are challenging, but thanks to our teachers, we all pass with high grades. New technology is applicable to the course. They prepare pupils for the workforce. With a 96% passing percentage, the semester exams are challenging to pass.

IIT Hyderabad campus life, placements, and fee structure.
Placements: Around 570 students are placed. The highest and average packages offered are around 65 LPA and 20 LPA, respectively. The top recruiting companies are Google, Accenture, Microsoft, PayPal, Deloitte, Oracle, etc. Some students prefer research field and other government exams like GATE, etc.
Infrastructure: The campus has modern facilities and a well-equipped infrastructure, which enhanced my learning experience. The quality of food in the mess could be consistent at times, but it didn't always meet expectations in terms of taste and variety.
Faculty: The courses curriculum rating depends on how well it covers your career growth and career goals and also cover both theoretical concepts and practical concepts. Grafting is little hard. The core subjects are so tough and also interesting. Teachers are very helpful and guide us in a very proper way.
Other: In IIT Hyderabad, we have our annual fest, Elan and Vision, which is organized for 3 days and Milan is an inter-hostel cultural and sports fests. Participating in those events helps us enhance our skills as members of the team. The library at IITH has lots of books.

Cutoff FAQs

Q:   What to do after JEE Main session 2 result?

A:

Candidates preparing for IITs are only required to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main. Students who who secure above the 98th percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 should start preparing for JEE Advanced 2025 immediately. Those who score between 95th and 98th percentile should focus on improving their JEE Main score by taking multiple mock tests and practicing previous year's question papers. By analysing their strengths and weaknesses, candidates can identify their areas of proficiency and topics where they need improvement. If they can achieve full marks in their practice sessions, they can start preparing for JEE Advanced. However, if they cannot score full marks, it is recommended that they appear for multiple mock test series for more practice.
