About the campus life of IIT Hyderabad.
Placements: 79% students are placed in different companies in different sectors, and the highest package was 58 LPA, the minimum was 6 LPA, the average was 18 LPA, and companies like amazon google microsoft, etc. And also, students who are studying in 3rd year got internships in different sectors; the top roles were in each sector, and it also depends upon your skills.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was excellent, the hostels were amazing, and the Wi-Fi was unlimited 24/7. The fastest Wi-Fi was also available, and the classrooms were also big and amazing. Every department has its own building. In IIT Hyderabad, there are lecture halls, which are at IIT Bombay Medical Facilities, also 24/7, and there is a is a big sports complex. The quality of the food is very good. There are two messes on the campus.
Faculty: The faculty was very excellent, and the staff was very advanced and qualified. The curriculum was flexible; it was very good, and the times were also very good. Coming to exams, in a semester there are 3 segments: 1-2, 3-4, and 6 and in course, the subjects are in credit; some subjects are one credit, some are two, and some are three, and based on the exam, the marks can be calculated.
Other: I chose mechanical engineering because I have interest in it, and the best thing about it is labs and projects By doing so, you can get a better idea of it and events and festivals are also conducted every year. The campus surroundings are also very beautiful and the students can get scholarship every year but it depends on your caste, gender, etc.

The academics are excellent and it is going to be ranked under 5 among IITs.
Placements: In the previous year, almost 72% of students were placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 50 LPA in the non-core domain. The 1st phase of placement has been completed and out of 56 participants, 3 female, and 4 male students got placements, i.e., around 12.5% of students got internships. Over 100 companies visit providing internships including Amazon, Microsoft, and Google.
Infrastructure: College facilities and infrastructure are excellent. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus except on the ground. There would be only one meeting between students and faculty. Classrooms are good. The construction of a library is going on. Some lecture halls are open 24X7 for study. The quality of facilities in the hostel is good with double-shared rooms for freshers and a single room for the rest of students. There is a temporary ground for sports. It is estimated that by March, the construction of the sports complex will be completed.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. Academics are not as difficult. Most teachers' teaching quality is good. There is a fractal academic system but it is not difficult. Sometimes, teachers change the date of exams if students request a postponement. They always try to avoid scheduling two exams on the same day.

One of the best new IITs.
Placements: The placements of the year 2020-2021 were great despite the covid pandemic. There was a 100% jump from the last year. About 466 offers were made to 427 students with the highest package being 65 LPA. Average package offered was around 23 LPA. Top companies like Flipkart, Indeed, Infurnia, JP Morgan, Meesho, Microsoft, NTT AT, Newzera, Silicon Labs, Suzuki Motor Corp, TSMC and Zomato recruited students.
Infrastructure: Being a new IIT, all the infrastructure is new. The hostel is state of the art with a radiant cooling system which keeps the rooms cool in hot summer also. The hostel also has a unique design. More hostels, state-of-the-art lecture hall, knowledge center (library) are under construction.
Faculty: The faculty members at IITs are one of the best in the country. The professors at IIT Hyderabad are highly qualified and are more research-oriented. The curriculum is quite updated with courses to be industry-ready. Fractal academic is one of the unique features of IITH. Grades are not calculated just on the basis of one or two exams; rather, it is distributed on various assignments, quizzes, and tests that emphasizes continuous learning.

It is a good place to network and connect with people with different perspectives.
Placements: Placements in the current year are pretty good. Placements are better than any placements till now. Most of the people from most of the departments got placed. Many companies came this year for recruitment with more number of vacancies. Even the internship drive is good, and many people got internships. This year onwards option for semester internship is given to 3rd year B.Tech students.
Infrastructure: All the necessary facilities are available in the hostel like a washing machine, Wi-Fi, LAN, vending machine, hot water, etc. There are single as well as double sharing rooms. Double shared rooms are given to freshers and later they are shifted to single rooms. Sports facilities are also very good. All the sports have specific grounds and courts. Even a swimming pool is available on college premises.
Faculty: All the faculty members are highly qualified. All the professors do research in their areas of interest, and you can join them if you are also looking forward to researching in the same field. The curriculum in IITH keeps changing according to the senate and department's decisions based on the need of the industry.

Good placements every year. Good infrastructure and facilities all over the campus area.
Placements: About 80-90% of the college students get good placement offers from our college.60-70% from our course. Placements for CSE respective branches are better compared to others. Some students graduate and try for public service exams by writing the respective tests. Some others opt for higher studies or start-ups. IIT Hyderabad had a great collaboration with Japanese universities n companies. So, students who are interested can pursue their PG/any other higher studies from renowned Universities abroad. There will be a Japan day programme every year in our university, where many companies visit and collaborate with students on various placement related issues. The highest package is about 42 Lacs and avg package is about 9 Lacs varying year to year.
Infrastructure: IIT Hyderabad has good campus life and crazy culture in students growth. The best thing we love about our college is the best design of the campus. Most of the facilities which are required for students are available on the campus itself. College provides free Wi-fi within the campus and hostel premises. There are a library, pharmacy store, canteen, grocery market, Gym, free sports equipment provided on id-card. All types of sports grounds and courts grounds available within the campus. The first thing we're interested in IIT Hyderabad is its infrastructure. Designed by the Japan architecture company. Compared to many IITs, IIT Hyderabad provides the best infrastructure inter. There is a bit of construction going around with a great plan and team and going to finish within a span of 2-3 years completely.
Faculty: Here with the NIRF ranking of 8 among all the engineering institutes in the country and with QS Asia BRICS ranking of 94, the Faculty of IITH stand tall. This is completely due to the best potentiality provided by the young faculty of the institute with an average age of 38-40, who work hard and make up challenges with ease without any fear, making IITH at the forefront of many innovations. There is a very healthy faculty to student ratio of 1:15 and a good curriculum of UG and PG programs, making IITH a unique and better place for teaching and research. Course curriculum in any branch is a big plus point and due to fractal academics, students can explore any course provided from various branches. Good academic excellence faculty and well-trained staff overall courses make IIT Hyderabad a good place for young minds and their innovations make students industry-ready. Semester exams are a kinda bit tough depending upon the preparation of the student and the faculty provided.

It depends on which branch you're comparing in both colleges, which direction you want to proceed in! If you just compare entry rankings, then Hyderabad performs better.
