Learning Experience: The course content is put forward on the platform keeping in mind the exact skill set a recruitment or hiring professional would require. It trains the professional not only ways to head hunt or source good talent but also to analyse the job description to find out the key skills which are non negotiable for the organisation and a few skills which they think are transferable. The pros of this course lies in the clarity of the content and the lives examples portrayed to provide better understanding. The con would be that we have no direct contact with the person sharing knowledge with us to clarify the doubts. The best part of the course is you get a certificate at the end which helps build a good portfolio.
Faculty: The only con was there were no live sessions which restricts us from getting complete clarity on our doubts. But, again the best part was the facultys way of approaching the subject made a little easier. The lectures were above the standard quality of a recorded session, they gave us practical examples from the industry and also clarified all the common questions any professional can possibly have.
The course structure is divided based on the industry standard and the requirements that a hiring professional is required to posses to make the hiring process and talent management a smooth running process in the organisation. The assessments and assignments are based on the live industry examples to get a better clarity towards the process. The course resources are helpful for future reference as well.
