Other: Completing my Lean Six Sigma Certification in Black Belt from XLNC just gave me the edge over competition due to its IASSC certification. Other: I would like to take this opportunity to say few words about the XLNC Academy of Business Management, with regards to the Green Belt course. I have attended few classes earlier but this training was one of the best as per my experience. The course material was up-to the mark, the training was very interesting and the Trainer was exceptional having full command on the subject he was teaching, and he made sure we understood the concepts clearly. The trainer was very friendly and he did not mind if he had to repeat himself umpteen times if required.
